Andrey was born in Kazakhstan, grew up in Belarus, graduated from the Faculty of Robotics of the Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in applied mathematics, then graduate school in the field of systems analysis and design of innovative technologies. In 2004, he moved to Italy at the invitation of the FBK Research Institute of Artificial Intelligence.
