The offered book is devoted to the history of Volhyn. Special attention is paid to the development of agriculture, handy-craft and art in the region during the X-XVth centuries. The book features the evidences found by the Volhynian Archeological Survey Party of the L'viv History Museum over the field seasons of 1986-2000. It is supplemented with a catalogue of the Party's finds for the exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of King Daniil of Galicia and a complete bibliography of the author's publications.
