The monograph presents the results of theoretical and methodological developments in the study of archaeological microdistricts of the Southern Urals. The research carried out and the materials obtained make it possible to characterize the main stages of the cultural-chronological scheme developed by the author, to consider the traditional life support system that was formed during the development of the Southern Urals by the ancient and medieval population, and to evaluate the dynamics of cultural development within the archaeological microdistrict.
