The book presents documents related to the Macedonian Liberation Movement, dated 1977. This unique edition should be among the pillars of the Bulgarian national strategy for defending Sofia's official position on North Macedonia. It dwells on the violation of human rights, or the so-called "ethnocide" against the Macedonian Bulgarians since 1945. The term was first used in 1970 to describe "what is being done today on the shore of Lake Ohrid and along the Vardar River, throughout the whole Macedonian land which is oppressed by the severe Belgrade regime".
