Konstantin Sobakin Milyevich is not only a Famed Perm' artist, watercolorist, sculptor, craftsman and the Member of the Artists' Union of the USSR but also an original thinker and master of paradoxical judgements. Moreover, the artist writes very funny poems with a dilettantish, limp rythm and clumsy rhymes but, nevertheless, they take a special meaning in the light of all Sobakin's creativeness and harmoniously accompany numerous photo reproductions of Sobakin's artistic works (watercolors, wood and stone sculptures, carving and embossing) included into in the offered issue. The rest of the book is occupied by remarks of the artist's friends and a biographical article by art critic Olga Vlasova devoted to Sobakin.
