Vyacheslav Sergeevich Belkov (1952–2006) was a critic, prose writer, poet, laureate of the All-Russian literary award "Star of the Fields". The first volume of selected works presents research on the biography and work of the poet Nikolai Mikhailovich Rubtsov. The second volume of selected works by Vyacheslav Sergeevich Belkov includes the well-known “One Hundred Stories about Rubtsov” and a number of other works by the author. “The Tale of Vologda” and the first published documentary novel “Balagan” tell about their beloved city.
