Research materials are published related to the trading and diplomatic activities of Maksut-mulla Yunusov, the founder of the Bashkir first settlers of the village of Kirdas of the Tangaur volost of the Verkhneuralsk district. The publication is a revised and substantially supplemented version of the book “Maksut Yunusov and his descendants: Genealogical schemes of the Tangaurs of the village of Kirdas” (Ufa, 2012).
