The book is devoted to the tragic events that took place in Transdniestria at the beginning of the 1990s, when a national-chauvinism war began. Hundreds of people of the region were severely killed during the time. Ten years ago the International Public Tribunal passed a verdict to organizers and executors of aggression against the people of the Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic. According to it a thorough investigation must be carried out on this case and legal actions must be taken against guilty people. The edition presents documents concerning the work of the International Public Tribunal and speeches delivered at the session of the Tribunal. Photos of victims of the war supplement the edition.
