The book views retrospectively the history of the Ukrainian-Polish relations and analyzes the causes and consequences of the operation "Vistula" - deportation of the Ukrainian population from its historical places of residence - Lemkovschina, Nadsianne and Holmschina - to the south-western regions of Poland in 1947.
