Akhmedkhan Abu-Bakar (real name Akhmedkhan Abakarovich Abakarov) (1931 - 1991) was a Dargin writer, publicist, screenwriter, the first Dargin professional playwright. People's Writer of the Dagestan ASSR. Member of the Writers' Union of the USSR. Laureate of the Republican prize named after Suleiman Stalsky. The book includes articles and essays about the writer, as well as his prose works written in different years.
