The monograph examines the theoretical, methodological and methodological aspects of adaptive kinesitherapy as a new approach to medical rehabilitation that forms a strategy for the effective adaptation of complex locomotions to dynamically changing environmental conditions.
The work is devoted to the topical problem of medical rehabilitation of patients with cerebral stroke associated with the restoration of varying degrees of severity of coordination-motor disorders using robotic systems. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, generalization of practical experience, a classification of rehabilitation robots has been developed, neurophysiological ideas about the control system for spatial orientation of complex human locomotions have been formulated, and a hypothesis of neurosensory programming of images of habitual movements in the brain with the involvement of the afferent synthesis system and the "internal body scheme ".
A fundamentally new approach to assessing human biokinematics based on the analysis of purposeful and non-purposeful components of holistic kinematics is proposed. A method of medical rehabilitation using the technology of automated correction of locomotions has been developed and tested.
