Velimir (Viktor Vladimirovich) Khlebnikov (1885-1922) is one of the greatest poets of the Russian and world avant-garde of the first third of the 20th century, an associate of Vladimir Mayakovski, David Burlyuk, Alexei Kruchenyukh, Vasily Kamenski, who considered him their leader and teacher.
