The author Elena Sergeeva is a member of the Primorsky regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society. The book tells about the life of Anatoly Kornakov and his family, in particular the mother Augusta Kornakova (1864/65- 1941). She was one of the first Mongolian women in the history of Russia, folklorist, ethnographer, made reports in Kyakhta at meetings of the Russian Geographical Society, and published in its newsletter and the Baikal newspaper (1904–1912). Kornakova assisted Nikolai Przhevalsky and Pyotr Kozlov in their expeditions to Mongolia. This work is a kind of continuation, or rather addition, to the book “Avgu-Bagshi" (2015).
