The Holodomor is a tragedy of such magnitude that it is extremely difficult to comprehend. The study of the famine of 1932–1933 in Ukraine can be approached in different ways - reading the works of historians or memoirs of ordinary people, studying collections of original documents, film and photo chronicles of those years.
