In this work, the legal aspects of the concordat between the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and Yugoslavia and the Holy See are emphasized, and a broader social view of the negotiation and validation of this agreement is also presented. The introductory answers to the question of the length of the negotiations and the failure of the ratification of the Yugoslav concordat offer an outline of the political and religious situation in the former Yugoslavia, with the subsequent inclusion of the problem of relations between the state authorities and the Catholic Church (especially its supreme body) in the internal and foreign political connections of the Kingdom. By analyzing the role of the actors in the acceptance and cancellation of concordat, social networks and channels, which influenced the outcome of the negotiations and the responses of the masses, the full picture of the first Catholic Church ... from the preface is reflected.
