Alexander Ivanovich Guchkov (1862 –1936) was a Russian politician, Chairman of the Third Duma and Minister of War in the Russian Provisional Government. He was one of the initiators of a military coup in Bulgaria with the goal of overthrowing the pro-Soviet government of Alexander Stoimenov Stamboliyski.
