The readers are offered the first publication, in which materials devoted to traditional up-bringing of children as well as the whole repertoire of the children's poetry of the Ust-Tsilma District starting from the XIXth up the end of the XXth century are gathered. The compilers used rich materials collected by the scholars of regional and all-Russian research and educational institutions, which resulted in the publication of both traditional and contemporary children's folk poetry. The materials are divided into two parts: grown-up folklore for children (mother's poetry, etc.) and the very children's poems.
