This manuscript represents a strong scientific-research stronghold in elucidating historical processes which, due to ideological needs in the recent past, were often obscured or marginalized, and not so rarely and contrary to interpretation. However, the manuscript does not represent an outlet of neglected needs that are the needs of some new political elites, but a balanced and responsible response to any minimization and instrumentalization of the events it speaks of.
