Saint Lazarus Hospital is one of the oldest and best-preserved hospital complexes in Ukraine. It operated for more than 400 years - from the beginning of the 17th century until the Second World War. By a happy coincidence, later its territory and buildings were given to the National University "L'viv Polytechnic" and the National Academic Choir Chapel "Dudaryk". These structures are well-preserved, but require research. And the history of the center of humanism and humanity of many generations of L'viv residents requires popularization and perpetuation. And this book is the beginning of a path that will enable St. Lazarus Hospital to take a worthy place among monasteries, temples, palaces, Citadel forts and other ancient monuments of L'viv.
