The third volume of Stepan Lenkavsky's works includes works that provide an analysis of international circumstances in the context of which Ukraine was in the post-war period of the 20th century and on the basis of which Ukrainian nationalists developed tactics and strategies for conducting the national liberation struggle. Accordingly, the chapters "International politics", "Political processes in the socialist camp", "Ukrainian Church and the Vatican" form the structural basis of the volume.
In separate sections Stepan Lenkavskyi's works on the history of the OUN, the ideology of Ukrainian nationalism and Soviet studies, which were discovered recently and which were not included in the first two volumes of the publication, are also included in the volume.
