The scientific argument refutes the manipulative versions of the genealogy and the meaningful filling of the concept of "Ukraine". The nature of our other self-name - "Rus" and its derivatives - is clarified: "Russia", "Little Russia" / "Little Russia", "Big Russia" / "Great Russia", "Russian people", "Little Russian people" . It is shown that Muscovy appropriated the name "Rus" and its Greek counterpart "Russia", claiming the world as having its natural name.
