This book contains the first-time publication of the Russian translation of the historical text "True Records of the Mongols of the Qing Dynasty", originally published in 2013 in Old Mongolian by the Research Center for Ancient Written Monuments of Small Nations of the Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia of People's Republic of China, compiled on the basis of the Mongolian version of one of the most objective historiographical oeuvres on the reign of the Manchu dynasty in China "True Records of the Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty." This publication includes a translation of the "True Records" reflecting the era of the first three rulers of the Manchu dynasty: Nurhaci (reigned from 1616 to 1626), Hong Taiji (Abahai) (reigned from 1626 to 1643), and Fulin (reigned from 1643 to 1661], highlighting the history and culture of the Mongolian peoples during the formation of the Qing Empire. Translation from the old-written Mongolian by E. V. Sundueva.
