Ihor Astapenko is a Ukrainian writer, translator, organizer of literary events, candidate of philological sciences. He became a laureate at the competition from Smoloskip publishing house. Took prizes at literary competitions "Golden Clarinet", "Coronation of the Word", "Granoslov". The writer also received an award at the Oles Honchar International Ukrainian-German Literary Award.
