The author of the present work has attempted to characterize in detail the most ancient agreements of foreign policy of Moscow Dukes. The problem of texts' authenticity was solved first of all. In addition to Russian annalistic collections, Western and Eastern chronicles, other Russian treaty documents, literary works, genealogical lists, numismatic materials were used to make dates of agreements' composition more exact. To make it more convenient, the text of each document is divided into articles, and each article is numbered.
