In April 1935, when Serendonrov, a member of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang, and Ke Xin-o, a deputy member, went to participate in the Congress of the Inner Mongolia Self-Government Committee held in Bathalga of the Ulaantsav Assembly of Inner Mongolia, Fengsheng traveled with them for 33 days. "Journal of travel to Bathaalga" is actually the journal of this trip. The author finished his journal in May 1935, and in June Liu Ziaju, the secretary of Banqing Bod, wrote the preface to the journal, and it was published by "Shang-u Nom Publishing House" in September 1936.
