The monograph is devoted to the study of vocabulary in the comparative historical aspect related to the traditional craft terminology in Mongolian languages, as this layer is insufficiently studied in Mongolian vocabulary studies. The work uses field recordings, linguistic information present in the writings of historians and ethnographers, attracted a massive comparative material on all modern Mongolic languages and old Mongolian script and language.
