Valeriy Sdobnyakov (1957- ) is a prose writer, publicist, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Vertical XXI century", chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the Union of Writers of Russia. Winner of literary awards named after M. Gorky, the All-Russian Prize "The Crystal Rose of Victor Rozov", the International Prize named after M.A. Sholokhov.
