The novel Together is a free continuation of the novel Historia and the second part of a planned trilogy. It consists of three storylines, the bearer of which is the protagonist of the novel, a music columnist, presenter, composer and DJ Daniel. The first line focuses on Daniel's complex love relationship with two women, Michaela and Andrea, and on their common relationship to daily reality, the second line takes place in Daniel's professional life, in the world of art and music, where the protagonist tries to escape from a nihilistic society. The third line takes place in the first decades of the last century. It consists of the memories of Daniel's grandfather, a veteran of the First World War, who escaped from Russian captivity and traveled across Asia and finally arrived home after ten years. It is this plane that forms a juxtaposition to the first line, it holds up a mirror to the present, and the values of times long past test those of today.
