For more than ten years the majority of the refugees from Azerbaijan cannot recover from moral psychological trauma caused by the forced deportation. Having lost relatives and close friends, having lost the sense of social demand, the usual life style and acquired by the generations cultural, intellectual and moral values our countrymen turned into social outcasts. The aim of the book is to help a refugee to solve problems of Armenia after Spitak earthquake of 1988 and USSR disintegration.
