The book presents the diary entries of Tigran Bekzadyan, the diplomatic representative of the Republic of Armenia in Azerbaijan from March 1919 to May 1920, covering the period from March 11, 1919 to August 27, 1919. The original Russian manuscript and the Armenian translation of the diary are presented. The diary contains interesting details about various meetings, negotiations and informal conversations that the diplomatic representative of Armenia had with the military- political leadership of Azerbaijan at that time and the command of the British military forces stationed in Baku.
