The book explores the multifaceted creativity of the outstanding Adyghe writer I.Sh. Mashbasha. The objects of the analysis are fiction and journalistic literature, reflecting the writer’s many years of creative, governmental and social activity. The book may be useful as an implementation of one of the many aspects of the study of the modern ethno-ideological concept of the multinational Russian state. Iskhak Shumafovich Mashbash (1930-) is a Circassian poet, writer and translator. He is the author of more than 80 books in Adyghe and he has translated many works from Russian to Adyghe and Kabardian, including the Quran.
