At that period there was a great boost in some fields of art, mass emigration of cultural workers, “outbreak of the German spirit against tyranny and cold intellect”; propagandistic sharing of the great artistic heritage; aesthetic promotion of Leni Riefenstahl serving disgraceful ideology of Alfred Rosenberg. The book stresses the fact that Germany, a country of philosophers, musicians and poets, turned out to be captured by “the greatest publishers” – Adolph Hitler and Josef Gebbels.
