Participants from educational institutions in Saratov, Novosibirsk, Moscow, and other cities present research dedicated to contemporary issues of ergonomics in architectural and graphic design. The broad range of topics goes beyond merely evaluating the utilitarian functions of material culture objects in terms of anthropometric compatibility. The subject is addressed from a new perspective, examining ergonomic requirements in the context of modern trends in architectural and graphic design, as well as the architectural environment as a whole. Ergonomics is viewed as the creation of an aesthetically and psychologically comfortable environment, incorporating everything from the development of technical support ecosystems to the study of urban life transformations under the influence of the pandemic.
