In the four volumes of Theatrical Heritage the unabridged collection of the correspondence by the noted Russian playwright and producer Vladimir Nemirovich-Danchenko is presented. As pedagogue, cofounder of the Moscow Art Theater, Nemirovich-Danchenko (1858-1943) had a great influence on the Russian and world theatrical art and instituted a drastic reform of the Russian Stage in the late 1890s. The four volumes contain letters covering the period from 1879 to 1943.
