The collection presents the works by the outstanding Russian satirist N.N.Nikandrov (1868-1964) that have not been published for already 70 years. Bright satirical talent of the writer made him one of the best Russian writers of the XXth century. His expressive uncompromisingness, equity of his criticism, mockery of callousness, hypocrisy, sanctimony of the Soviet system sounded as dissonance even in the 1920s and were providently interrupted by the Communist censorship.
