The book is dedicated to the Vlasov family, the first representatives of which settled in Orel at the end of the 17th century, being gunners. The book briefly examines the history of the city, Pushkarnaya Sloboda, the Baptist Cemetery and the Church of the Archangel Michael. On the basis of archival documents, the reader will be able to trace the fate of the representatives of the Vlasov family, as well as the family of the famous Oryol merchant V.V. Apollonov.
