The monograph highlights the activities of two representatives of the Vitovsky family, both of whom are Dmytro Dmytrovych.
The first of them is the father, a well-known organizer of the Ukrainian social movement before the beginning of the First World War, one of the organizers of the creation of the Legion of Ukrainian Sich Riflemen, the organizer of the November uprising of 1918, the minister of military affairs of the ZUNR, a military diplomat.
The second is his son Dmytro, a Ukrainian patriot, a military pilot, an active member of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. The study is full of rich documentary material and photos.
During the writing of this work, previously unresearched archival materials, memoirs and historical works were used.
