The publication is the first comprehensive monograph on both trials, especially from a legal point of view. The first chapter contains a short CV of Vojtech Tuka. This chapter is followed by the processing of both trials, with an emphasis on the approximation and analysis of the legislation on the basis of which the individual trials were carried out. Authors in writing these chapters drew on archival research and available sources. The conclusion of the monograph offers a comparison of both trials.
