The corruption and shadow economy have spread to such a scale in Russia that they are viewed as a serious threat to the state national security nowadays. The president of Russia and his administration find it necessary to take prompt, effective and real measures to fight against this social evil. Participants of the all-Russian scientific conference propose different ways to counteract corruption and shadow economy in their reports and speeches published in the present book.
