It is difficult to find a similar type of writer in Ukrainian literature of the nineties. His prose, based on a certain literary tradition, is quite different from the prose of many of his peers, concerned with his own avant-gardism and somewhat nervous late equation to Western postmodernism. He does not live in the capital and does not remind himself of an obsessive "whining". At the same time, his works have created five feature films, the last two of which the author has already made as a film director. The first was a screenplay of the story "Score on a tomb". Judge Valeriy Shevchuk is a strict literary judge, and he wrote in a letter to the author: "In" Score ... "you are a true master ..."
