The profound study of social and economic development of Azerbaijan in 90-s. The work is provided with a lot of statistical data putting in comparison Azerbaijan economy showings in each year of transition period. The statistics is also presented on separate industries and sectors of economy. Basing on "dry figures" the author makes conclusions concerning influence of reforms on basic economic indicators, on living standars of different groups of population noting a huge decline in most fields of economy at the first half of 90-s and gradual animation in last years.
