On the basis of ample documentary material the author describes the events that took place in Transcaucasia at the beginning of the XXth century: occupation and annexation of native Azerbaijan territories - Erivan region and Zangezur - to Armenia, genocide of Azerbaijan population, etc. The participation of Moslem clergy in the government of Transcaucasia in the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth century is also shown.
