The informal and formal role of Jovanka Broz in the most prolonged peaceful development of the Western Balkans in the 20th century has so far not been the subject of scientific analysis. This is the first scientific work on the relationship of the Serbian public to Jovanka Broz and her role during the six decades of the history of the SFRY.
