This work contains the statements of the Manchu Qing border ministers related to the Dzungarian Empire, selected from the 283-volume collection of documents entitled "Compilation of Manchu-written Archives of Xinjiang during the Qing Dynasty", translated from Manchu and published, and consists of 115 documents from 1734-1743. These statements are letters and speeches from Manchu ministers who were stationed in Barkhol and Uliastai.
