For the first time in Ukrainian historiography, the L'viv act book of the late Middle Ages has been published in its entirety. It consists of 2,760 documents, which are placed on 954 pages of the manuscript (of which 2,106 are written in Latin and 655 in German). The array of act sources introduced into scientific use will allow us to study numerous little-studied areas of the social, economic, cultural, and religious history of L'viv in the 15th and the early 16th centuries and of contemporary society in general.
