It is well known that in 2021, Kazakhstan celebrates an epochal event in its historical significance - the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, on December 16, 1991, the Supreme Council adopted a law on the independence and state sovereignty of Kazakhstan.
