The present book consists of two parts: textual and illustrative. The textual part contains short data on more than 500 monuments of architecture and town-planning of all regions of Ukraine that have national and worldwide importance. The illustrative part presents photographs and drafts of the above monuments. The book covers the main periods of development of Ukrainian architecture and town-planning since the IVth BC till the XXth cc.
