"The legend of the city of Tsarev on Kokshaga" is a unique poetic work, which took the author three years to create. The essay presents the history of Yoshkar-Ola (Tsarevokokshaysk) for the entire period of the city's existence. An important component of the book is the translation of the work into the Mari language, performed by the Mari poetess Tatiana Ocheeva.
