«Inhabited Landscapes» is the pivotal graphical series of Garif Basyrov extended in time for more than a decade. It stemmed from his early graphical series and evolved gradually with increasing size of its protagonists, the panorama of the terrain and the challenge posed by the artist. The creative concept from the title to its implementation on large sheets (paper, colored pencils) entices the eye to explore the rarefied layers of the atmosphere.
