The monograph is devoted to the study of the relationship of economic characteristics (indicators) and legal position of legal entities. On the basis of the theory of corporate law, it is proved that the legal position of legal entities depends on the dynamics of their economic characteristics (indicators) arising in the implementation of economic activities. The central idea that the legal regulation of economic activity should be guided by the consideration of economic characteristics (indicators) that may be peculiar to legal persons is emphasized.
